MISSION

Educate for Diversity provides multicultural solutions to organizations that promote and facilitate them to increase the inclusion of diversity in a manner that enables equity. These solutions will allow organizations to increase diversity and equity both within the organization and in its relationship with its environment. We firmly believe that the multicultural and multilingual environment that these solutions promote is not only needed for organizational development in today’s reality, but also represent added value to the organization and all individuals associated with that organization.

Educate for Diversity will leverage its knowledge and expertise to design and deliver solutions for program development, training, assessment, and other products and services that are specifically targeted to the needs of each organization and those they impact. All solutions will focus on facilitating their transformational development of a multicultural identity needed to achieve equity in a diverse environment.

Being multicultural in nature, these solutions will be relevant and effective for all diverse cultural contexts. Educate for Diversity will also develop and provide solutions that focus on the complexities and diversity of the Latinx community and experience.
